Purchase Options

Option 2 allows the business to be purchased over a two-year period. The buyer pays an initial deposit of 500,000 euros, followed by payments of 87,500 euros every six months across two years. During this period, the current owners continue operating the business, and profits are shared according to the number of clients purchased. This ensures a gradual and well-managed transition.
